Take the A390 to Tresillian.

At the bridge on the bend, take the turning in front of the church with the three bells up towards St Michael Penkivel (Tregothnan).

Carry on for about 1.5 miles and we are the first property on the left that is actually on the road.Do not turn into Carharthen Farm as many sat navs direct.Instead carry on down the hill until you see us on the left with two large grey doors and a hardstanding that you can park on.
